In the event that your product is found to be damaged or not of a satisfactory standard, we will always repair or replace your item with a suitable alternative. Please contact us with your order ID and email address within 14 days.
Return shipping for unsatisfactory goods is absolutely FREE. To return your goods for free, simply email us for a prepaid return label. Once the label is affixed to your package you can drop it in at any Australia Post office around the country. Please note: we are only able to subsidise postage when our prepaid labels are used.
At 1961Coffee, we understand that things change. If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us to discuss the circumstances. Items to be exchanged need to be returned in original condition, with original packaging and within 14 days of the initial order. Exchanges are shipped via regular postage at our regular cost of just $4.50.
If you wish to exchange for another item, any difference in price will be payable via paypal invoice.
AUSTRALIA POST PARCELS RETURNS
If for any reason your order is sent back to our offices by Australia Post (for example an incorrect address was provided or your parcel was not collected within the allocated time), we will require an additional postage payment to accommodate the Australia Post charges to return your parcel.
